We have the option of a wind farm on the marshes just down from where I live. Some of the arguments against it include the noise it creates and that it spoils the view. You’ve got to laugh though because if you look carefully you can see a nice view by blinkering out the chemical works and other industry. In the foreground is the motorway to “frame” the view and stifle any additional noise coming from the turbines. NIMBY
